Rachelle, creator of the comic book blog Living Between Wednesdays, and Dave, manager of the Strange Adventures comic shop in Halifax, Nova Scotia, share their love of all things comic book and super hero related.

This week Rachelle and Dave try to settle some comic book arguments that they NEVER want to hear again. Arguments like 'Superman is boring,' or 'Batman should have eyeballs.' And things get heated when they attempt to settle a very old score between them: Batman: Year Two. Dave thinks it's the best, Rachelle thinks it's terrible. It's the most important and timely debate of all time.

Also on this episode: We name Jeremy Renner's possible secret album, Rachelle loses her mind looking at photos of fans at Salt Lake Comic Con with Sebastian Stan and Chris Evans (together!), Dave recs a Prometheus hate blog, and Red Skull was almost called HOT FUDGE, you guys!

Bonus content on the blog as usual!

Dave and Rachelle talk about villains this week! We also talk about lots of other stuff, like the Booster Gold/Blue Beetle movie announcement, Stephen Amell "quitting" social media, Todd McFarlane's Twitter account being hacked, Captain America: White, and ohmygod is Jeremy Renner secretly working on an ALBUM?! In This Week in Winter Soldier we talk about Sebastian Stan's ZACK ATTACK. Oh, and Mitchell is back to offer his own thoughts on villains.

This week we talk about superhero costumes and we are joined by super awesome cartoonist, J. Bone! He's in Toronto, we're in Nova Scotia! It's super high tech! He's around for the whole show as we talk about the latest news and gossip, what we read this week, what Jeremy Renner is up to on Twitter, and, of course, our weekly super important segment, This Week in Winter Soldier. Rachelle thinks that segment should have been an hour long this week.

Then we talk about our favourite and least favourite super hero costumes for awhile because that's what cool people do on a Saturday night!

Oh, and Rachelle's 5-year-old son Mitchell joins the podcast to talk about his favourite costumes in a new segment that we're calling 'Hey, Guess What?' with Mitchell.

This week marked the (fantastic) end of Mark Waid and Chris Samnee's incredible run on Daredevil. That got us thinking about other epic runs, and about how few of them have satisfying endings. It was a slow week for news, gossip and Winter Soldier, but we still manage to fill an hour. As always, there is bonus material on the blog.

This week we look at our favourite (and some of our least favourite) super hero cartoon shows! To be honest, we mostly talk about Justice League and Justice League Unlimited. Also in this episode, we give love to Jack Kirby and Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez, shake our heads at Jeremy Renner in the latest installment of the Renner Report, and talk about the Civil War promo art, J. Bone, and fandom in This Week in Winter Soldier.

As always, there is bonus material on the blog to accompany the episode!
