Rachelle and Dave are joined by their pal J.Bone to talk about the latest Star Wars movie. The conversation also includes thoughts on fan entitlement.

The first trailer for The Avengers: Infinity War finally dropped and Rachelle and Dave have some thoughts on it. Also in this episode: the whole C.B. Cebulski/Akira Yoshida mess; thoughts on Runaways, Riverdale and Crisis on Earth X; Dave's thoughts on the film adaptation of My Friend Dahmer; Batman Annual #2; and Rachelle has signed a publishing contract(!!!).

In a previous episode (way back at episode 63), Rachelle and Dave offered suggestions of where to start reading characters who have gained fans through movies and television. Last episode they made suggestions for Superman, Captain America, Wolverine, Wonder Woman and Iron Man. This week they reduced it to three heroes, and are talking about Thor, the Justice League, and Daredevil.

Also, Rachelle would like to apologize for the sound quality of this episode. It all sounded great in the headphones during recording, but it turns out the actual recording was being done by the laptop microphone, not the hand-held mics/mixing board. She did her best trying to fix up the audio in editing. Dave, you will notice, was sitting further away from the laptop.

This week Dave and Rachelle are joined by Dave's former Strange Adventures co-worker, Denzel Noylander, to talk about good (and bad) practices by comic shops and comic shop customers.

Here's the thing: Dave and Rachelle love the third and final movie in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy. LOVE. IT. Is it perfect? No. Is it mostly very fun with some unfortunate Venom stuff crammed in? Yes.

Also in this episode: Marvel starts to unveil it's Legacy titles (all...sigh...52 of them), the Han Solo movie very suddenly gets a new director, and comics like Shirtless Bear Fighter, Spectacular Spider-Man, Iceman, Green Lanterns, Captain America: Steve Rogers, Archie, Lobo Road Runner Special, and Trespasser are discussed.

Rachelle and Dave are moving on to the second, and most highly regarded, movie in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy. Though many still consider Spider-Man 2 to be one of the best super hero movies of all time, Dave and Rachelle have some problems with it. A lot of problems.

Also discussed in this episode: the leaked trailer for Inhumans, Jack Kirby gets a Disney Legends award, Rachelle is struggling to beat Baron Strucker in the 2011 Captain America: Super Soldier video game, and Hawkman gets rated as a super hunk.

We are mere weeks away from the release of Spider-Man: Homecoming, so Rachelle and Dave thought it would be fun to spend the next three episodes revisiting Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy.
